My Philosophy

Moment photography… Photos that capture the moments that matter.

“Is this pose okay? Do I look okay? How is my smile?

At one point or another, we all ask these questions. My focus when taking your picture is to capture you, as you are. And yes, you will look beautiful because you already are. When you smile, you’re a ray of sunshine and my job is to capture that.

When taking pictures, I want to capture the moments that widen your smile- the small moment when you look into your significant other’s eyes, when you laugh at each other, tickle, enjoy a glass of wine, hold hands, spin around, share a good joke, exchange those inside joke looks. I want to capture the candid emotions you experience in the moment.

Don’t pose for me. Just be yourself.

My Story

My love for photography was inspired by my Papa. When my little sister and I were just kids, my Papa pursued his love for photography by constantly snapping pictures of us.

While most people were racing their toys cars or playing with their dollhouses, I started playing with my camera. I got my first film roll camera at the age of 14 and fell in love. The more I understood photography, I grew more intrigued. However, film rolls were expensive, and I had to take a pause on photography. A few year later, Papa got a Nikon camera and it reignited my pursuit of photography. Vacations, family getaways, dinner parties, you name it. I was there and so was my camera!
